Effective Date: December 15, 2025
This policy defines the rules for cancellation and refunds related to paid subscriptions for the Tareekh Advocate Court Diary mobile application.
1.1. User Cancellation: You may cancel your active subscription at any time through the Account Settings within the App or via the platform where the purchase was made (such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
1.2. Service Period: After cancellation, your subscription will remain active for the entire duration of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual) for which payment has already been made.
1.3. No Future Billing: Cancellation ensures that your subscription will not auto-renew on the next scheduled billing date.
2.1. Digital Goods — No Refund Rule: The App is a digital subscription service. Once payment is successfully completed and access is granted, refunds are generally not provided.
2.2. No Partial Refund: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, no partial, pro-rata, or unused-period refunds will be issued.
2.3. Exceptions (Warranted Refunds): Refunds may be considered strictly on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:
3.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date and must strictly meet the conditions outlined in Section 2.3.
3.2. To submit a request, please email us with complete details, including Transaction ID, Payment Date, and a clear description of the issue, at:
📧 Email: tareekh1910@gmail.com
4.1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
4.2. Tareekh is not responsible for delays caused by Razorpay, banks, or payment service providers in crediting the refunded amount.
