1.1. Digital Service: Tareekh Advocate Court Diary offers a digital subscription-based service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods or tangible products.
1.2. As a result, there is no physical shipping, handling, courier service, or logistics process involved in the delivery of our services.
2.1. Instant Access: Upon successful completion of payment through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay), your subscription features are activated immediately within the App.
2.2. Confirmation: A digital payment confirmation and receipt will be sent to your registered email address once the transaction is successfully completed.
3.1. Zero Shipping Costs: As the service delivery is entirely digital and automated, no shipping or delivery charges apply to any of our subscription plans.
4.1. Non-Tangible Assets: Since the service is digital and non-physical, exchange or replacement of goods is not applicable.
4.2. Technical Issues: If you experience any issues with subscription activation or feature access, please contact our support team for technical assistance.
