1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tareekh (hereinafter referred to as "Tareekh", "We", "Us", or the "Company").
1.2. By accessing, browsing, or using the Tareekh Advocate Court Diary mobile application or its services (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these T&C, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation/Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the App.
2.1. The Tareekh App is a digital court diary, case management, and scheduling tool designed exclusively for advocates, lawyers, and legal professionals.
2.2. Disclaimer: The App is solely a productivity tool. It does not constitute legal advice, nor is it a substitute for official court records maintained by judicial authorities.
3.1. Eligibility: The App is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
3.2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Tareekh shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account usage.
3.3. Data Accuracy: You are entirely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and completeness of all data entered into the App. Tareekh shall not be liable for missed court dates, tasks, or any resulting consequences due to incorrect data or user error.
3.4. Prohibited Use: You must not use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or rights-violating activities.
4.1. Certain features of the App require a paid subscription. Pricing and benefits are described within the App.
4.2. Payments are processed via Razorpay and/or other third-party payment gateways. By completing a transaction, you also agree to the respective payment provider’s terms and conditions.
4.3. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for timely payment of such taxes.
4.4. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable): Auto-renewing subscriptions will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
5.1. All intellectual property related to the App, including software, design, logos, and content, belongs exclusively to Tareekh and is protected by applicable laws.
5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and professional purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any portion of the App.
6.1. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
6.2. Tareekh’s total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding six (6) months.
6.3. Tareekh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these T&C or fail to meet payment obligations.
7.2. You may terminate these T&C by discontinuing use of the App and cancelling any active subscription.
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
8.2. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Specify Jurisdiction].
